Our beautiful, 110-acre campus is just 30 minutes south of Tucson, and the rich, diverse dining, cultural and entertainment options a metropolitan area offers. We provide planned outings into Tucson and the areas surrounding the La Posada campus that always offer popular activities for seniors. Concerts, art shows, theater, bird-watching—we even take our residents on overnight camping trips into the foothills … because that’s something many of them told us that was one of the things they wanted to do (and who were we to say no to that kind of life experience?!).

Clearly, there is no shortage of places to see, activities, sports, shopping, culture, food, natural history, museums, educational opportunities … and nearly anything else you can imagine. My parents are both here, all of the staff are great and the campus is absolutely wonderful.  They have a genuine concern for the residents.  I may have to move away for work but I will have peace of mind knowing my parents are well and someone is there to help.  They keep open communication and understand what the family goes thru when their loved one ends up in a hospital.  My mum had to go somewhere else for intense physical rehab but she talks about LP everyday.This time of year they have beautiful wild flowers blooming.
